Over the 5 years past, I’ve spent more than $30,000 hiring agencies for website design, SEO, branding and software development.
Every time, I found myself asking the same questions you may be asking now.
Will they give my project their best thinking or treat it like another item in a production queue?
Will they understand how my business actually works? (They are not in our team!)
How much care will go into the details?
How do I know whether they’re doing good work?
And if something isn’t working, will they tell me or hide behind activity reports and flattering numbers?
I’ve hired agencies that impressed me. I’ve also spent money I wish I hadn’t.
So I understand why you’re cautious.
You’re deciding whether an outside team can understand your business well enough to represent it.
That’s a much harder question.
Here’s what we can promise.
PROMISE ONE
Good cold email doesn’t begin with a list.
It begins with deep understanding your company, your customers, why they buy, what makes them change, what makes them hesitate, what your competitors misunderstand, and what your sales team hears that never appears on your website.
We’ll study your offer, market, customers, competitors, sales process and previous campaigns.
We’ll ask about your best customers and your worst ones.
We’ll look at why you win, why you lose and what prospects say when they’re not ready to buy.
If possible, we’ll hold calls and speak with the people closest to your customers. And we’ll keep learning.
Understanding a business is not a task we complete during onboarding.
It develops over weeks and months as the market responds.
Knowing the product isn’t enough.
You will not receive a list, a template with a few variables and a report showing how many emails were sent.
That isn’t the service we built.
PROMISE TWO
A cold email can do its job and the campaign can still fail.
The right person might receive the email, become interested and then find an offer that feels too broad, a weak landing page, no useful proof, a weak reason to respond, a generic sales deck, a slow follow-up, or a reply that turns into a pitch too quickly.
More sending won’t fix those problems.
That’s why our work doesn’t stop when the email leaves the inbox.
We continuously improve the details that influence whether a prospect becomes a conversation.
Sometimes the missing piece won’t be another email.
It might be a useful brief, a lead magnet, a short industry guide, a more relevant catalogue, a clearer landing page or a better qualification process.
When one of those assets is reasonably needed, we’ll help you create it at no additional cost. (Yep, we might even create a landing for you!)
You can look around our landing to see the level of thought and care we put into our own work.
We’ll bring the same attention to yours.
PROMISE THREE
Every campaign begins with assumptions. Sometimes the market agrees.
Sometimes it doesn’t.
When it doesn’t, we won’t hide the problem.
We won’t call every reply a success, count an automatic response as engagement, describe “not interested” as a promising conversation, or increase volume to make a weak strategy look productive.
We’ll tell you what we’re seeing.
We’ll separate positive interest from curiosity, referrals, objections, bad timing, wrong contacts and negative reactions.
Then we’ll examine what may need to change: the ICP, the problem, the offer, the evidence, the angle, or the viability of cold email for the market itself.
You won’t have to decode our reports to understand whether the campaign is working.
If we fail to deliver what we committed to and cannot reasonably correct it, we’ll have a fair conversation about a partial or full refund.
Confidence should never remove accountability.
